We have invested into improving our current sanitization systems, as well as employing ozone technology to further minimise risk.
These ozone-based sanitization systems are ideal for water, air and open spaces due to ozone’s capabilities in disinfecting deeply into surfaces, fabrics and areas of contact.

A naturally occurring element, ozone provides an environmentally friendly means of cleaning, while leaving no by-products or residue.
In high-traffic areas, you will find contactless hand sanitizer dispensers, as well as masks and gloves available through any of our staff members. Following government guidelines, the breakfast buffet service will only be served by members of our staff, minimising contact as to provide the highest standards of protection to ensure the safety and good health of our guests.

Our staff, coordinated by a supervisor, will follow all set code of conduct, as well as making full use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
We are doing all that is possible to welcome you in total security without having to miss out on what makes us distinguished throughout years in the hospitality sector: our passion and heart!

• Guests with a body temperature higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius will not be admitted.
• Sanitized, sealed pillows will be provided upon request.
